– Born in Italy, Dr. Cordini lived in several different parts of the world when growing up. Although he initially had a career in banking, he knew something was missing in his life and decided to pursue dentistry. Not long after he went back to school, he realized that treating, educating, and working with people for better oral health was his true passion. And that’s where his journey towards becoming the great Periodontist he is today began!
Dr. Cordini is a proud graduate of Creighton University School of Dentistry. Following his time there, he completed an extensive specialist training required for periodontics at the University of Louisville. Two decades later, he is continuing to enjoy his profession as a Periodontist, using his knowledge and expertise to improve his patients’ lives.
Patients love visiting Dr. Cordini because he’s extremely gifted at identifying the underlying causes of dental health problem. It doesn’t matter if the reason is disease, genetics, misaligned teeth, poor oral hygiene, or another issue – he will find out what it is to provide the most effective treatment! With him by your side, you can have peace of mind knowing you’re receiving the best care possible.
When he’s not busy making people smile, Dr. Cordini enjoys eating hot wings and watching college basketball. Another thing he likes to do in his spare time is spend time with his family, whether it be through exploring the Bluegrass outdoors or traveling abroad. Some other pastimes include staying up-to-date with world news and events, relaxing to country music, and eating good food.

They have been diligent in following up with me post-operatively and I trust that I have been in the best care possible.
